I know that the issues listed above represent difficult and painful times. I have lived for a few years and have gone through tough times myself, and I can promise you that you can get through your difficulties and reach the other side.
Please know that I am a counselor who understands. I will work with you to get to the heart of the issues causing your pain so that you can begin to move toward the relief, growth, and life restoration you deserve.

Individual and family care are my greatest passions. Working with parents, children, and adolescents for over 20 years as a school guidance counselor allowed me to understand what it takes for family life to thrive!
I work with individuals and families to facilitate the transforming changes needed for living healthy and successful lives. I understand the love, joy, and difficulties that life brings. I also understand that life can change in a moment. In just seconds, a happy situation can suddenly become tragic. Caring and personalized counseling is provided to help you find the passage through the tough times.
I work with other professionals when needed, including with my husband and partner, Ron Smart, to help alleviate the issues that are interfering with your life. We will work together to help you heal.
My services are based on a Christian viewpoint as I seek to restore broken relationships to the completeness that only God provides. You will not receive blame, guilt, or badgering in my office. I will walk with you in love through the troubled times. I will work to find the bridges to your new life so that you may grow into the wholeness that you seek.

Virtual Therapy Services
At The Bridge Counseling & Coaching, we provide both in-person therapy sessions and sessions conducted online. We believe that the most effective therapy work happens in person, so we encourage all clients to come to our office for appointments. When this isn't possible or is not in the best interests of the client, we're happy to offer virtual sessions.
